Each wedding is unique, which is why our services are always tailored to your needs. We specialize in fully bespoke designs with hand painted scenes that are for you and you alone.

Due to the custom nature of our offerings each pricing proposal is tailored based on number designs needed, complexity of the designs, and printing specifications. Don’t worry though we’ve got you covered and once we connect you will receive a custom proposal.

  • Most of our clients book around a year in advance. That said we keep a handful of slots a year for shorter rushed turn around.

    Save the dates typical go out 6 - 12 months prior to the wedding depending on if it is considered a destination wedding.

    Wedding invitations typically go out 6 - 12 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • We will start with a intro call to be sure I gather as much information as possible and we make sure we are a good fit for each other. Then I will send over a proposal and if all looks good we move onto the fun stuff.

    1. Inspiration Phase - I gather inspiration and create a mood board for your approval

    2. Sketch Phase - I will sketch out everything you need with options. I will present these sketch ideas to you, and if needed make any tweaks

    3. Painting Phase - I will do the final paintings for each item, scan the painting, and create your full invitation suite

    4. Printing Phase - Once everything has your final approval we send everything to print!

    5. Preparing & Mailing Phase - will get each invitation read to mail and when the its time get them in the mail exactly when needed.

    This process typically takes 3 - 4 months including print and production time. Rush options are occasional an option if our calendar allows.

  • Printing costs can vary dramatically depending on quality of paper, custom sizes and shapes, and more.

    A good base line example for our typical client:

    Roughly $6.00 - $8.00 per household

  • Your final price will be customized to your specific needs but as a guide most Muffcake Manor clients invest between $4000 - $7000 for a full invitation suite and handful of day-of items.

    Our minimum investment for invites is $1750.

  • Yes! We love to work on projects outside of weddings. If you have a special birthday, anniversary party, bachelorette, gala or anything in between please feel free to reach out.
